Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Santina Rome

I had a great stay here. The location is perfect, just steps away from the train station. The room amenities are top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff at reception offered friendly service and were always available to assist me. I appreciate the welcome drink and special diet menus that were available. a great experience.

The lifts can be busy and slow, requiring sometimes walking up the stairs.

The friendly and knowledgeable reception team provide great service. The hotel offers a reasonably priced breakfast and has a central location. The spacious and clean rooms are comfortable, resembling Premier Inn standards. Would recommend for easy access to Rome's attractions.

I recently stayed at Best Western Premier in Rome for a week-long trip with my partner. The hotel's location was superb, with easy access to public transportation and numerous restaurants nearby. We were able to walk to all the major attractions in Rome within a reasonable distance. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and towels provided daily. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a good variety of options. Despite a minor issue with the fire alarm during our stay, the hotel's excellent customer service more than made up for it, with complementary drinks and breakfast provided the next day.

You can easily reach all the major attractions within 15-20 minutes by bus or train. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the added advantage of free wifi. It is worth mentioning that the gym is small compared to other facilities at the hotel.

There were a few aspects of our experience that could be improved. the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and often disconnected, causing frustration when we needed to use the internet.

The location of Best Western Premier was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Termini station making it convenient for transportation. Because of this, we decided to skip breakfast altogether. the room was on the smaller side and the sliding glass door in the bathroom was noisy.

Nothing it was perfect.

I loved the location of this place - it was so convenient! Just a few steps away from the train station and right across the bus station from the airport. It made getting around Rome a breeze! The staff at the reception desk were so friendly and helpful, they even let me check in early. And the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options for all diets and tastes.

We stayed at this hotel for a short trip and found two things really great. the location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and attractions. It was a perfect spot to explore the city. the staff was amazing! They were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Another advantage that we enjoyed was the delicious food at the hotel restaurant. It was a pleasant surprise and made our first night's meal very enjoyable.

We had a few dislikes. the room was on the smaller side, a bit cramped for our liking.
